Notes	A complete and precious copy written during the author’s lifetime. It was written in black ink, and some of its words were written in red ink. It has some comments and corrections in the margin. The title page shows some ownership restrictions, including an ownership registration in the name of Saad Allah bin Isa bin Amir Khan, an ownership registration in the name of Badr al-Din, a teacher at Abdul Salam School, dated 1007 AH, and a third registration that was deliberately erased, dated 947 AH, and an endowment registration and stamped in the name of Muhammad. Al-Aziz Al-Wazir established his headquarters in Medina in the year 1320 AH.

Metin Sonu (Explicit)	... وأما نظر المصنف فجاز لنا يكون المراد منه أنا لما بينا أن المجتهد في الفروع أن يكون مقلدا في المسائل الأصولية لم يكن تحصيل أصول الدين واجب على المجتهد وإذا لم يجب عليه جاز له الاستفتاء في أصول الدين وإذا جازل له جاز لغيره إجماعا مجاز في الإستفتاء في أصول الدين لكل واحد سواء كان مجتهداً أو لا والله أعلم بالصواب تم.
