For a period of years without her permission or permissibility, he replied, “The husband does not have children as long as he resides and she agrees to that.” He gave him permission in the fatwas. He said, “May God divorce you or free you,” if it occurs. He said in Al-Muntaqa, “God wills.” Your divorce, or I want your divorce, does not occur without intention. And God Almighty knows best, is wise, and is the conciliator.
