18 x 10 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.. And then this is a summary containing the essence of what must be recalled from the medical industry. I selected it from the books of the predecessors and arranged it into ten articles. The first article is on natural matters and it includes five chapters. The first is on the elements and moods... moisture. The first sheet of the copy fell off and was replaced by a newer sheet of it written in a commentary script. The titles of the chapters and sections, as well as the warning lines, were written in red ink. On the copy are comments, some of which are in the language. Persian, and there was a deliberate deletion at the end of the phrase date of copying, then it was written at the end in the context of the words of the copyist (year 725), and from the type of paper and ink this is not correct, and it is a form of forgery. Copy: Muhammad Ali bin Qarbafi Ali Taleqani. End of the manuscript: Chapter Three on cooking conditions. As for the asfidiyaj, it is laxative, the cells are diluted, and the compound ones, such as the zabriaj, are moderate, and the milky ones are cold.
