The first page has a stop sign and a seal with the name Muhammad Al-Aziz Al-Wazir, who made his headquarters in Medina, in the year 1320 AH, followed by a paper copied from Al-Kharshi’s footnote on Al-Tata’i’s explanation of the summary, and the leaves are affected by moisture.
