22.7 x 16.7 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, the one who invites to His honorable Jannah.. After the jurisprudence of religion is one of the greatest sciences in value, the highest of which is its platform and pride, and the most prominent of which is abundant and rich, through it one reaches the rulings. Some of the papers and the bindings are disassembled. The titles and (S, Sh) are written in red, and the rest of the text is in black ink. The humidity and soil did not affect the reading of the text. There are some explanations, footnotes, and comments on it. Corrections to Q5/A, 6/B are scheduled. They were copied with the original and another copy. The end of the manuscript: Or if the pregnancy was visible, then the lineage is proven by the unanimous statement of the midwife alone. The general opinion is that lineage is proven by evidence existing before birth. The informant does not say so, and God knows best
