Notes
The manuscript is in good condition, and falls within the group (1-56). The text was written in black ink as a whole, while the chapter titles and warning lines are in red ink. The text was written on white, European-style, light-grain paper that contains several watermarks, including two contiguous circles, one of which contains the letter B, one of which contains the letter I, and on another paper there are floral decorations containing the shape of a cross. The first page is surmounted by the first two letters (in the bout of the poor, despicable servant, who makes many mistakes and faults. Muhammad Bin Hussein, nicknamed Al-Zarqawi, may God forgive him, his parents, and all Muslims in the year 1186 AH, and the second (Then the decrees brought him to the mercy of the Lord of the servants, Ali bin Ahmad Al-Haddad Al-Andalusi, may God forgive their sins and cover their defects in the year 1253 AH.), and the first appropriation in the history of the manuscript is useful to us, as the copyist indicated on the last page, after he had finished the original manuscript, that he had benefited from it. [The scene of Imam Hussein in the city of Cairo] quoted from Muhammad al-Zarqawi, and below the name of the work is a comment by a late author (the author of the collection... The Fatihah of the Writer of the Land until the Day of the Exposition, and he has books on medicine, including this system, an explanation of the law by Ibn Sina, and treatises on the arrangement of chapters, foods, and others). The work has a classification known as [The Illaqi Chapters in Faculties of Medicine] in which he summarized the law by Ibn Sina, in addition to having an abbreviation known as Muhammad ibn Yusuf al-Ilaqi, who is one of Ibn Sina’s students.
