Notes	A fragment of a modern copy that does not correspond to the original from which it was copied, the other part was cut off. The first leaf of it fell off, so the fallen text was added to it on a different script and in a different handwriting. It falls within a fabricated group of confused fragments in Maliki jurisprudence, logic, and others, with no connection between them except the size of the leaves (1b-9b). The text was written in black, tangy, dark watery ink in general, and the copyist used red ink on the first added leaf to write the word ((and after)) and the verses of poetry. The explanation, on a brown-coloured French-made emblem, shows parallel lines and the distinctive commercial watermark, which is in the form of three successive crescents.
