Notes
24 x 16.5 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: A man claimed that Imam Malik takes the weak hadiths and refers to them, and that the focus of his doctrine is on them. He said that this is known and transmitted.. The answer is praise be to God. What this man claimed, if not a lie, is slander, and the reason for it, if not misguidance, is loss. His moisture wrote the paragraph heads, warning lines, and some commas in red ink. On the cover of the copy, there is a restriction that Nasr al-Hourini al-Shafi’i borrowed the book of Mukhtar al-Sihah. Dated in 1289 AH. End of the manuscript: Then he said at the end of his speech, addressing the people of the four sects: What is your fanaticism in the branches of religion and your people forcing you to adhere to one sect? This is what God does not accept from you and does not hold you to except pure fanaticism and envy. Even if Al-Shafi’i, Abu Hanifa, Malik and Ahmad were alive, they would have severely denounced them and disavowed you for what they do.
