Notes
The copy consists of two booklets from the book: the first booklet is a piece from the book on fasting and seclusion, and the second is a piece from the book on sales. The text is written in black ink, with some holes on its leaves. The first booklet was written in a handwriting other than the second booklet and in a later era than it.

في الرجل يكاتب عبده بطعام إلى أجل فيريد أن يبيعه منه أو من غيره قبل أن يستوفيه .... فهذا يدلك على أنه ليس بدين ثابت وكذلك إن أفلس المكاتب . قال سحنون : وإنما يجوز إذا تعجّل المكاتب عتق نفسه.
