Notes 21 x 15 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God who illuminated the hearts of scholars with the light of certainty and guided them to revive His clear religion.. Now that comes, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “If the son of Adam dies, his work is cut off, except for three, among which he counts knowledge that is beneficial to him.. Humidity did not affect the text on it. Some corrections on it. Some comments and footnotes. It was replaced with the original. The text was written in black ink, some words and phrases in red ink. The author finished composing it in the year 976 AH, and in the papers from Q94 to Q97 there are some quotes. He wrote the text inside tables in red at the end of the manuscript: A judge who betrayed said, “Nothing is due to him because he is suspected, and if he was intentional, he is obligated to two rak’ahs,” according to the words of Abu Yusuf, may God have mercy on him, because according to him, the prohibition was not invalidated, so it is valid for him to begin the second intercession, and according to Abu Hanifa, he is not obligated to do anything because he initiated the third. By prohibiting it, it is analogically invalid, but it is valid to initiate it in the second pre-emption||in his view, if he sits for the pre-emption in its place. God knows best
