Notes	The first sheet is a photocopy of the lost original. The copyist indicated at the end that he copied it from a heavily distorted copy, with corrections in the margin, with traces of dirt on it, and the last copyist’s surname erased. On it is an endowment for Imam Abd al-Rahman al-Faisal. It was written in black ink and red was used for what was intended to be distinguished. The introduction to the book differs from the previously mentioned copy.
