Notes
31 x 21.1 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: The jurist said... Praise be to God, the One Who is unique in His highest name, which refers to the Most Mighty, Most Protected King... But after that, God has illuminated my heart and your heart with the lights of certainty... A light letter and very wetness on some of the papers, high acidity with some corrections. It has some restrictions. It has a few explanations and comments, parts 1-4, and is braided in gold. Q. 1A, decorated with beautiful shapes, plated and incised with gold, and inside it is the name of the book and the name of its author. Q. 217A. It reads Muhammad Muhyi al-Din, Ali Sheikh Abdel Fattah. It is faced with another copy, a treasury copy. The title page is decorated with a gilded and colored rectangular table with the title written inside of it, a gilded and colored circle with edges hanging from it, and underneath it a gilded and colored decorative circle with books inside it. Author name. The first pages are bound in a gold border. Chapter titles and paragraph headings are written in red. The copy corresponds to the original, corrected with several lines, and includes benefits and comments. Its last leaf and a few places were omitted, so it was completed with a different leaf in the handwriting of its owner, Ahmed bin Muhammad Al-Saidi, in the year 1107 AH. At the end of it, a reading seal was written by Muhammad Muhyi al-Din bin al-Sayyid Yahya al-Qawuqji, on his sheikh Abd al-Fattah Effendi, at the end of the manuscript: The judge said... Here we have finished with what we have edited, and the purpose we have produced has been accomplished... He does not reject the call of those who intend it, nor does he correct the work of corruptors. He is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs..
