Within this collection is the fifty-fourth letter of it. It consists of questions and inquiries about the ruling on drinking what is called Tabah, which is a type of smoking, and the answers of some scholars to it, such as the answer of Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Yusuf Al-Fassi in his treatise, Sahm Al-Isaba in the Ruling of Tabah, and the answers of other scholars, such as Abdulaziz bin Al-Hasan Al-Zayati, Abdul-Qadir Al-Fasi, Abdul-Rahman bin Muhammad Al-Fasi, and others. End of the manuscript: As for the divorce of intoxicant from the genitive case, it is linguistic because it does not stop with the intoxicant or Check it out for him without it, for unless the ecstatic ecstasy enters him, he will not be intoxicated, so consider that and peace.
