Notes
Only the second booklet exists, and it includes the translation of the narrators up to the seventeenth narrator, but I mentioned it because I did not find in the usual sources anyone who attributes to Al-Khafaji an explanation of the Forty, with corrections in its margins. Black ink was used in writing, and red was used for what was intended to be distinguished.
