Notes Its land, moisture and wetness, 29.4 x 19.4 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Know that two things attract custody, one of which is marriage because it originates from it, and the other is sale, because the custodian has the duty to protect the child in custody and he has the right to collect his maintenance, and his sustenance is obtained through maintenance if it is in kind and the like.. Copied by: Muhammad bin Muhammad bin Muhammad al-Bakuri al-Khulufi The end of the manuscript: He said, in contrast to renting in dirhams and dinars, to irrigate his wall at the time of watering, and it is known. According to the people of knowledge, when water from the sky came and stayed with it for a while, it deducted its rent according to the amount that water stayed in it. The difference is that the rent is based on space, unlike Musaqah, and God knows best. The section begins with the chapter on custody and ends at the end with the chapter on Musaqah. The words of the text were written in red ink, the copy is corrected, and has footnotes and comments. It has traces of earth on it, spread throughout its middle and some parts of its leaves, and the text is intact in the sentence.
