A copy that is slightly missing from the beginning, as it begins during the author’s introduction. It was written in black ink, and the important words, titles, and warning lines were written in red ink. Attached to the beginning is an incomplete table of contents located on four pages. The margins contain comments, corrections, and explanations. The first page bears an endowment record for the Prophet’s Mosque dated 1415 A.H. It is noted that the last booklet, starting with folio (230), was added to the copy after a period of time. It was written and not on its original papers, as is evident from the difference in the type of paper, calligraphy, and colors of ink used in writing, and the papers are affected by moisture and wetness, especially the upper part of the papers.

... قال الفقير هذا آخر ملتقى الأبحر ولم آل في عدم ترك شيء من مسائل الكتب الأربعة وألتمس من الناظر فيه إن اطلع على الإخلال بشيء منها أن يلحقه بمحله فإن الإنسان محل النسيان ولكن ذلك بعد التأمل في مظان تلك المسألة فإنه ربما ذكرت بعض المسائل في بعض الكتب المذكورة في موضع وفي غيره في موضع آخر فاكتفيت بذكرها في أحد الموضعين ثم إني زدت مسائل كثيرة من الهداية ومن مجمع البحرين ولم أزد شيئا من غيرهما حتى يسهل الطلب على من اشتبه عليه صحة شيء مما ليس في الكتب الأربعة والله حسبي ونعم الوكيل وقد تم تبييضه بين الصلوتين من يوم الثلاثاء ثالث عشر رجب المرجب سنة ثلث وعشرين وتسعمائة ... تم .
