Notes	The manuscript was written in brown ink on brown paper, of which 148 verses remain. It appears that a sinful hand entered the manuscript by intentionally cutting a word at the beginning of the manuscript (In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. This grammar in medicine appears to be a rhyme on..) and on the last page, it seems that he deliberately cut the top of the paper. It contained three verses that we extracted from the microfilmed copy of the manuscript at the deanship, and the text was written on light-grained paper with a tendency to... The samra contains a watermark, part of which appears to be a double circle frame containing floral decorations and the Latin letter G. On the first sheet of paper are four small contiguous circles forming a square shape, and on the last sheet of paper is a word with two letters SH remaining.
