The beginning of the manuscript: It is more correct in Al-Wajeez that it is permissible to pick it up and the master owns it, either by his definition or by the slave’s definition, because picking is a reason for ownership. His saying, “And if he gives it to the master, the guarantee is removed from him,” and the same if the master snatches it from his hand.. His saying, “If he was half free and half a slave.” The title of the manuscript and the name of its author were discovered after a lengthy study. The version is truncated at the beginning and end, starting during the chapter on the snapshot and ending during the chapter on acknowledgment. Written in two different handwritings. There are corrections in its footnotes, and in the beginning it is written by Hajj Yusuf Effendi in the year 1290 AH. End of the manuscript: His statement after him: If he said, “This house belongs to Zaid, and I usurped it from Amr.” He was obligated to make the first statement.
