A complete copy, written in black ink, some words and warning lines written in red ink, and the margins have some comments. At the beginning is a waqf entry and seal in the name of Muhammad al-Aziz al-Wazir, and he made his headquarters in Medina in the year 1320 AH, and a loan registration dated 1199 AH. It has letters and waqf seals in the name of Muhammad al-Aziz al-Wazir, and the papers have traces of moisture in some places.

... وأجاب بما نصه الجواب والله سبحانه الموفق للصواب أن الواقع في هذه القضية طلقتان الأولى حنث اليمين التي وقع الرد منها والثانية من حنث اليمين الثانية وأما فسخ الحاكم فلم يصادف محلا يقع به لحصول البينونة بالحنث قبل فسخه والنكاح الذي يفسخ بطلاق بائن يقع فيه الطلاق والموارثة قبل الفسخ والله تعالى أعلم ... انتهى.
