At the beginning of the copy appears a record of permission from the author to Abd al-Mannan al-Jarbudi in the year 1134 AH, and on the title page appears a stop record and a seal with the name of Hajji Muhammad Saeed. The place and date of copying have been inferred from the letter that follows this letter in the same collection, which agrees with it in all respects. Physical features in terms of the type of paper, font, and colors of ink used in writing.
