Notes	A modern copy in which the author dealt with the afflictions of Abraham, his family, Jacob, and Joseph, peace be upon them. He fabricated his information in it from among what was mentioned in the books of interpretations, histories, and Israelites published in the Stories of the Prophets by Al-Kisa’i, Al-Thaalabi, and others. What is strange is that most of what is in the copy revolves around Joseph, peace be upon him, as it is more in the story of Joseph than it is in the story of Abraham and his sons. The text in it was written in dark brown ink that turned to pale brown on many of its leaves on a rough, brown-colored European-made paper. Parallel lines and the commercial watermark appear in it [a large bell hung in pink branches]. The copy was severely wet, which led to the obliteration of some parts of the text and the appearance of moldy spots here and there, and despite all this, the text is still readable for the careful and serious meaning.
