Notes Earth, Wetness, and Humidity 20.5 x 14.7 cm The beginning of the manuscript: In the cell, the water with which one performs ablution is three: flowing water, stagnant water, and well water. The strongest of them is running water. If it is strong flowing, it is permissible to bathe in it and perform ablution from it, and it is not impure by the occurrence of impurity unless a trace of impurity is seen... A footnote whose author we do not know. I left spaces throughout the text, perhaps to write a word or something similar. The copy has been corrected in some places. End of the manuscript: ...The reason for the permissibility of acknowledging them is that the declarant becomes the status of a known heir and inherits with the known heirs, whether they believe the declarant by acknowledging it.
