21.3 x 13.7 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God who has guided us with faith and the Wise Remembrance to a straight path... etc. Since the Book of God Almighty is the Possessor of the Glorious Throne to which falsehood does not come from before it or from behind it... some of its footnotes are full of quotations from various sources with some comments and medical prescriptions. In the footnotes, traces of moisture that did not affect the text were found on the original. Copied by: Muhammad bin Al-Hajj Mahmoud bin Kilan Al-Amri at the end of the manuscript: ... Whoever recites at the time of salutation to the imam on Friday before he bends his legs and before he speaks the Mother of the Qur’an and say, “He is God, one and the two exorbitants are seven by seven,” God Almighty will preserve his religion and his world from Friday to Friday.
