At the beginning of the copy appears a endowment record stamped in the name of Muhammad al-Aziz al-Wazir, and he made his headquarters in Medina in the year 1320 AH, and he owned property in the name of Ismail bin Murad in the year 1015 AH, and another ownership record in the name of Muhammad al-Makki bin Azouz in the year 1301 AH, and the papers are affected by dirt.

Metin Sonu (Explicit)	... المصطلح لكنه يحصل منه معنى القصر فالأولى حمل الاختصاص عليه قال وفيه نظر لعل وجه النظر أن مدخول كلمة إلى قد يكون قيد القسم لا نفس القسم الحقيقي وقيد القسم قد يكون أعم من وجه من المقسم كما في تقسيم الحيوان إلى الأبيض وغير الأبيض مع صحة التقسيم كل منها إلى الحيوان وغيره والله أعلم بالصواب وإليه المرجع والمآب هذا ما تيسر في توضيح الشرح ودفع ما أورد عليه بعض الفضلاء من الجرح والحمد لله على الإتمام.
