On the title page appears an ownership record in the name of Muhammad Ali bin Abdul Rahman, an endowment record and a seal in the name of Muhammad Al-Aziz Al-Wazir, who made his headquarters in Medina in the year 1320 AH, and seals of the aforementioned donor at the beginning and end, and attached to the end is a paper containing a tribute to Abdul Jalil bin Abdul Salam Barada wrote it in the year 1297 AH.
