The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God who has guided us to His greatest wisdom, and He has bestowed upon us His blessings as a praise in which we seek refuge in His pleasure. And blessings be upon His Messenger Muhammad, an example for his sleep. The Sheikh said.. Ali bin Abi Bakr Abdul Jalil al-Sarshani.. He said, “It occurred to me.. that there should be a book on jurisprudence. I called it Bidayat al-Mubtadi.. He added the end of the manuscript: If a mute person writes a letter or makes a gesture by which he can be recognized, then it is permissible for him to be married, bought, sold, and a retaliation will be taken from him and for him, and no restrictions will be imposed on him. If the sheep were slaughtered and there were dead ones in them, then if the slaughtered ones were more or in half, they would not be eaten, and God knows best what is correct, and to Him is the reference and the source.. It is preceded by benefits and an index of the chapters, sections, and pages of the book. At its beginning, it was a stop and a stop. The paragraph heads were written in red ink. It has many footnotes and comments written between the lines of the text and in the margins, especially at the beginning, and some of them take geometric shapes, followed by benefits and comments on folio 166.
