Severe land affected the text. 32.5 x 22.2 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: A chapter on leasing by Ibn Arafa. It is the sale of a benefit that cannot be transported other than a ship or an animal that cannot be thought to have a disease that is not caused by it. It has some corrections that were replaced by the original. The titles and the annotated text were written in red ink and the rest of the explanation in black ink. The copy was written in a number of different fonts and it appears that it was written by more than one scribe, and the paper is different in several places. Evidence that it was a miscarriage was completed later at the end of the manuscript: He, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was asked about a child he had previously born, and he mentioned from where he inherited?
