Notes	A complete, good copy, written in black ink, the titles and some words in red ink, numbered with a commentary, corrected, with some corrections in the margin, bound in an old binding, the title on the first sheet is: Gharar al-Shawal wa Durr al-Samout fi Tariq al-Samut fi Shari’ah Documents, and the verified title is mentioned in the manuscript on folio 9a. The author in the manuscript is Jalal bin Muhammad al-Amadi al-Fanjabadi, in the Dictionary of Authors the author is al-Rigdhamouni (relative to Rigdhamun from the villages of Bukhara) Ahmed bin Abdul Rahman bin Ishaq bin Abdullah Al-Bukhari, known as Judge Al-Jamal (Abu Nasr), and on the title page appears an ownership record in the name of Awad Ahmed Al-Ghamrawi, dated the year 1295 AH. Perhaps this person is the copyist, given the similarity of the handwriting in which the ownership record is written to the handwriting in which the copy was written.
