Notes
The first page of Al-Fatihah and Al-Baqarah is decorated with an inner rectangle for writing, with an upper rectangle and a lower rectangle for the name of the surah and the number of its verses on a gold background with floral decoration in green, orange, pink and blue, then outside of it a graduated floral decoration with clear perfection... leather whose edges were cut, so many of the decorations of the parts and sections were gone. The verse ends at the end of each side, on the eighths and their halves the letter (A) is written in the footnote in red. There may be a word left at the end of the surah that he inserts into the information rectangle of the following surah, and its content is: The name of the surah, the number of its verses, and its revelation, in white writing on a golden base. The papers began to break from their gilded frame, then a red frame along with them on all the pages. The sign of the parts of each circle has a decoration with a silver background, from which two lines emerge from the top and bottom, written inside the part in red. The number of verses mentioned in general may be mentioned in general by Al-Kufi, and others may be mentioned, as in Al-An’am by Al-Basri and Al-Shami. He does not adhere to the totality in the breaks, and perhaps his mention of the Syrian number is more than others. See Surah Al-An'am, Al-Tawbah, Al-Qara'ah, and Al-Ma'un. He may say something that no one has said, as in Surah Ibrahim. He said (40)||Acidity due to the oxidation of some colors affected the leaves, and the Qur’an is in a state of erosion and disintegration due to dryness and some of the leaves sticking together. The copyist wrote at the end (written by... Muhammad bin Abu [sic] Bakr). 12.2 x 8.5 cm. Beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, Most Gracious, Most Merciful, Master of the Day of Judgment. Thee we worship and Thee we seek help. Guide us to the straight path, the path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favour, not upon whom wrath is incurred nor gone astray. All the leaves are braided in gold and framed with red ink. Moisture and acidity have slightly affected the leaves. Q1/B, 2/A Two gold-plated and decorated with shapes. Floral, floral, and geometric, colored in blue and red, in the form of a frame surrounding the text.. Copied by: Muhammad bin Abi Bakr. End of the manuscript: Say, “I seek refuge in the Lord of the people, the King of the people, the God of the people, from the evil of the whisperer, the deceitful one who whispers into the breasts of the people, from Paradise and the people.”
