Notes	A modern copy, corresponding to the original from which it was copied, with the other cut off, from which more than 7 booklets fell out: between the first and the ninth booklet, that is: between leaves 7-8 and 17-18, that is: two leaves fell out of the first booklet, two booklets fell after it, and eight booklets fell after the third, and it also has a major deficiency after the thirty-sixth booklet.
