“Revision in the Principles of Jurisprudence” written by Ubaidullah bin Masoud Sadr al-Shariat al-Asghar (d. 747 AH). We did not find a translation of the author, and he is mentioned in the Berlin Index (2289). The titles, chapters, issues, and paragraph heads were written in red ink. The copy had many footnotes, some of which were written on separate pages. The bottom of the papers had been affected by wetness, causing some of the footnotes to be erased. At the end of the copy were notes on rhetoric, and on the cover were historical records in Turkish, and a seal of ownership in the name of the copyist. 20 x 16 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, our Most Merciful Lord, for His bounty has guided us to the straight path by shining the lights of the proofs of His ancient wisdom. After all, the honor of the science of principles is unanimously agreed upon for its perfect perfection. And the book of revision in it is a nice book, overflowing with all that is noble and simple.
