A copy representing a small piece containing: (A book condemning miserliness and the love of money, which is the seventh of the destructive things), written in black ink, and some important words, titles, and warning lines written in red ink, and the margins have minor corrections. Some ownership restrictions appear on the title page, including an ownership registration in the name of the above-mentioned copyist called Ahmed Ayashi bin Muhammad, a purchase and ownership registration in the name of Masoud bin Yusuf Badawi, and another ownership registration in the name of Muhammad Al-Sharif Al-Jabrouni, in addition to the presence of traces. Another entry was deliberately obliterated, and it was damaged by moisture.

... قال ولم يعادونني قال يعادونك لما في يدك من الملك والمال والدنيا ولا أجد أحد يعاديني لرفضي ذلك ولما عندي من الحاجة وقلة الشيء قال فانصرف عنه ذو القرنين متعجباً منه ومتعظاً به فهذه الحكايات تدل على آفات الغنى مع ما قدمناه من قبل والله أعلم وأحكم تم كتاب ذم المال والبخل يتلوه كتاب ذم الجاه والرياء.
