Notes	The authors of the biographies differed as to the year of his death. Brockelmann placed it in the year 1179, Kahala in 1187, Al-Zirkli in 1178, and Al-Ward [in the Berlin Index] in the year 1184 AH, a good modern copy, completely forged, in which the text was written in black, tangy, watery ink, and the headings of poverty and a valid set of phrases during the text, sentence breaks, and warning lines were written in red ink, in addition to the supplication: O God, perfume his honorable grave ~ With the custom of Shaddi from Salat wa Tasleem, which occurs frequently in the text, on a rough, white, European-made tile in which the lines and the trademark watermark appear [three crescents: one above the other]. The copy got wet on its first and last leaf in particular, but the text on them is still clear and legible.
