The outer size is 24.3 x 16.6 cm. The margins are filled with explanations, footnotes, and quotations from similar sources. Some of the explanations are in Turkish. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God who sent down the Criterion to His servant so that he might be a warner to the worlds. And after that, the greatest of sciences, the highest in power, the highest in honor, and a beacon is the science of interpretation. Moisture and wetness did not affect the text on it. Some corrections on it. Some restrictions were met with the original books. The entire text is in black ink, and the Qur’anic verses are marked with superscript lines. At the end of the copy, we say supplications, and we say abrogation: Haji Murad bin Al-Hajji Muhammad. The end of the manuscript: On the authority of the Prophet (uncle), whoever recites Al-Mu’awwidhatayn, it is as if he has read the books that God has revealed.
