A complete copy, written in black ink, the beginning of the chapters and the letters of the dictionary in red ink, the pages are tabulated in red, and the margins have comments and corrections. On the title page and at the end of the copy there also appears an ownership record in the name of Abd al-Rahman al-Dhahiri bin Sheikh Daoud al-Imam in the Al-Zahir Mosque in the year 1075 AH. Also on the title page there appears an endowment record and seal in the name of Muhammad al-Aziz al-Wazir and he made his headquarters in Medina in the year 1320 AH. The leaves are affected by moisture and soil.
