Notes
A complete copy, included in the collection (10 B - 327 B), written in black and red ink and bound in red ink, with entries and corrections in the margin. It was written for the treasury of Ali bin Al-Mutawakkil Ali Allah. It is a valuable book on the principles of jurisprudence that the author wrote while in his wars against the Turks, which he began with Mahrousa Shahara in the year 1035 AH. He ended it with Mahrousa Dhamar in the middle of the month of Safar in the year 1049 AH, at the beginning of which he recorded a sale to its buyer, Abbas bin Qasim bin Yahya bin Al-Imam, on 4/26/1352 AH. At a price of 25 riyals, the ownership was registered in the handwriting of Muhammad bin Muhammad bin Ali on 4/27/1352 AH, and the ownership was recorded in the handwriting of Yahya bin Muhammad bin Al-Abbas on the date of 1419 AH, and poetic verses by Saleh Al-Muqbali in praise of the book Al-Muntaha, and perhaps it means “Muntaha al-Sul wa al-Amal fi Ilm al-Usul wa al-Dajal” by Ibn al-Hajib.
