Notes	A recent copy in the author’s handwriting, in which Abu Ayyasha al-Azhari summarized the book The Virtues of the Night of the Middle of Sha’ban by Najm al-Din al-Ghaiti, who died in the year 984 AH. Perhaps he was the one who owned the book The Location of the Clock Hand, etc., by Muhammad al-Bayoumi Abi Ayyasha al-Damanhouri, dated in the year 1286 AH? What is described later is (Astronomy) and a copy of a treatise on the etiquette of research in the year 1236 AH (No. 229). The text was written in black, tangy, water-based ink in general. The copyist used the red ink to write a set of headings and sentence breaks on folios 1b and 8b only, on an Egyptian-made kerchief in which parallel lines appear but without any watermark.
