Notes
External size: 23.5 x 17.5 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, who opened the floodgates for those whom He chose among His servants. Now, these are honorable expressions and funny jokes, as explained by the scholar Sheikh Khalid on the board of Al-Ajrumiya. The copyist left spaces to write the word (his saying) and did not do that except in specific places. The author finished it in the year 1223 AH. The sheet is disassembled and separated from the skin. The moisture and earth did not affect the reading of the text. There are some corrections on it. Some footnotes are written in the original. The end of the manuscript is interpreted as having the meaning of the “lam” indicating specialization, so (makr al-layl) has the meaning of: a trick specific to the night, because it In it, and God Almighty knows best
