A complete copy, good, in the collection (30b-44b), written in black ink, numbered with a commentary, with traces of strong moisture, eroded edges, with a blank sheet of paper at the end, fresh binding. We did not find out the author, just as we did not find mention of the aforementioned Muhammad al-Zahar al-Muhalla al-Shafi’i except in Aja’ib al-Athar by al-Jabarti in 1/461, 3/51, where it was mentioned that he was killed in the year 1213 AH.

... ولو دخل في الصلاة وظن إنه لم يكبر للإحرام فأستأنف الصلاة، فإن علم بعد فراغ الصلاة الثانية أنه كان كبر تمت بها الأولى وأن علم قبل فراغه بني على الأولى وسجد للسهو في الحالتين لأنه أتى ناسيا بما لو فعله عامداً بطلت صلاته وهو الإحرام الثاني تمت والله أعلم.
