Notes External size: 24 x 17 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.. His saying, “peace,” is due to it being a subject, even though it is an indefinite noun, because it is attributed to the speaker, since the original is, “Salaam,” that is, “peace be upon me,” etc.. The author collected benefits from the scholars’ footnotes on the Prophet’s virtues and named their companions in the footnotes. He wrote the word (saying), the warning lines, and the commas in red ink. Corrected version. Rutba Copied by: Ali bin Muhammad Salem bin Ahmad Al-Shafi’i The end of the manuscript: Then the mention of this narration and the news that follows it at the end of the book, despite its not being appropriate to the title of the chapter, for the interest in the science of hadith in taking from trustworthy people in the chapter on narrations, and for advice in recommending such as beginning most books of hadith with a narration: Actions are but with intentions.. And God knows best..
