Attached to the beginning is an index of the subjects in a handwriting different from the one in which the copy was written. The title page appears with an ownership record in the name of Muhammad al-Tahir bin Salamah, and an endowment record and seal in the name of Muhammad al-Aziz al-Wazir, who made his headquarters in Medina in the year 1320 AH. It was stated at the end of the copy that it was written in the name of the treasury of Abu Abdullah Muhammad al-Bahri bin Abdul Sattar.
