Notes
His land affected the reading of the text greatly. 22.8 x 16.6 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Glory be to Him who is above the doubts and analogues.. And then the servant says.. His father, the Sheikh and the learned Imam.. may God have mercy on him, wrote letters, facts, and incidents in the jurisprudence of the Hanafi school of thought, from the trial of his affairs until God decided it.. It has some corrections on it and some few restrictions. The titles of the letters and phrases of saying and some were written. The words are in red ink, and the rest of the text is in black ink, from Q. 89 until the end of the manuscript. The text came on a different paper and in a different handwriting, and it appears that it was added later to complete a deficiency that was in the copy. The copyist left spaces in this part of the copy for some words to be added later in a different ink, but he did not do the end of the manuscript: Like a judge who has no oath that he must mention in the summary of the collection in the agency, and God knows best.. The forty letters have been completed. Attributed.. May God Almighty make his effort worthy of praise
