Written by Ali bin Suleiman bin Ahmed Al-Mardawi Al-Hanbali, d. 885 AH. He wrote a book on the principles of jurisprudence that he called: Al-Tahrir, which Ibn Al-Najjar summarized and explained in a book he called: Al-Kawkab Al-Munir fi Sharh Al-Tahrir. Then he commented on it in this book of ours: Al-Mukhtabir Al-Mubtikar fi Sharh Al-Mukhtasar fi Al-Usul wa Al-Jaddal, a complete copy, written in black and red ink, and the pages are bound in red ink, with useful footnotes, and the leaves are disassembled and have been affected by moisture, at the beginning and the end are the following:
1/ Three verses based on the narration of Al-Sad in which the chapters of this book are organized, the first of which is:; The book of the Sunnah of consensus on commands and prohibitions in general and in particular
2/ A restriction on the topic of complex consensus
3/ An endowment registration written by Mulla Saad bin Ali Al-Saif Al-Uqaili on students of knowledge from the Sunnis and the community, a valid and permanent endowment.
4/ Quoted from the book Al-Rawaitayn wa Al-Wajhayn regarding the position of raising the hands in the takbirat al-Ihram.
