The title is on a separate page. It has many restrictions with traces of burning. On the title page, it is inscribed with the name of Al-Mullah Bakr Al-Katib, son of the late Mullah Muhammad, in the year 1226, and another dated 1217 AH, and at the beginning of the copy is an index of contents.
