A complete copy, representing the second part of the manuscript. It begins with the Book of Sales and ends with the Book of Foundling. It was written in black ink, and the word (saying) was written in red ink. Some of the margins have minor corrections. On the title page appears an ownership record in the name of Hussein bin Omar, dated 1130 AH. Some of the leaves have been affected by moisture.

... وللمنذول له في هذه الحالة الرجوع إن شرطه أو أطلق ودلت قرينة على بذل ذلك في تحصيلها ولا يمنع رجوعه براءة حصلت به بينهما وإلا فلا قوله ولك عشرة أي في مقابلة الاقتراض قوله فهو جعالة أي ويقع الملك في المقترض للقائل فعليه رد بدله وفيه تفصيل في الوكالة فراجعه.
