Within the collection (118b - 143a), a complete copy, written in black ink, and some of its words written in red ink, appears on the page preceding the beginning of the letter with a stop sign and a seal with the name Muhammad Al-Aziz Al-Wazir and his headquarters in Medina, in the year 1320 AH, and the leaves have traces of stains and light moisture.
