A truncated copy, the first and the other, and the manuscript consists of three disassembled pamphlets: the first and second pamphlets are each of ten pages, while the last is of eight pages. The three pamphlets that we have in our hands contain six chapters, the first of which is the eleventh chapter on potions, the twelfth chapter on alcohol, the thirteenth chapter on Ishāfiāt and mentioning its simple things and benefits, the fourteenth chapter on ointments, the fifteenth chapter on ointments, expensive things, and incense and how to use them. The text was written in black tangy ink. It is bright in general, while the titles of the chapters and the names of medicines are in red ink. The text is written on European-style paper with parallel lines and commercial watermarks consisting of three consecutive crescents, and on the last paper are the letters G M. Its leaves are completely identical to the manuscript of the summary of Laundros’ Book of Medicine, dated 1250 AH.
