Metin Sonu (Explicit)	... باب ذكر المساقاة ... وإن قصد عامل عما شرط عليه عمله حط من نصيبه بنسبته كأن شرط عليه الحرث ثلاث مرات فحرث مرتين نظر فإن كان ما ترك الثلث حط من نصيبه الثلث أو الربع فالربع ونحو ذلك واشعر قوله قصر بأنه لو لم يقصر بأن شرط عليه السقي ثلاث مرات فسقى مرتين وأغنى المطر عن الثالثة لم يحط من نصيبه شيء والله سبحانه وتعالى أعلم تم الجزء المبارك.
