The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and I bear witness that there is no god but God alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace... As for what follows, the poor servant says to God Almighty, Abu Al-Hasan Ali Al-Maliki Al-Shazli... And this is an introduction to issues of worship and other things.\|\|I summarized it from my book called Umdat al-Salik according to the doctrine of Imam Malik.. within his collection, This is the Message. The first one. Its leaves are disjointed. The paragraph and chapter headings were written in red ink. The ground affected many words and eroded them, and some words were eroded from the footnotes due to the binding. It has traces of its earth, wetness, and humidity on it. Copied by: Muhammad bin Rajab bin Masoud, Al-Makhloufi. End of the manuscript: Whoever studies knowledge must be calm, dignified, abandon arrogance, be patient, and have good manners will help him seek knowledge. Praise be to God alone, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions. I extend my condolences to the Al-Azhar community.
