External size: 17.2 x 11.5 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God who has favored the children of Adam with knowledge. When I saw that many students of knowledge in our time find knowledge but do not reach it, I called it the book of teaching the learner on the path of learning. Humidity and wetness affected the text greatly, with parts of it being lost. It had some corrections on it and some few explanations. It was replaced with the original, with the entire text written in black ink, except for a few words that came in ink. Red, the leaves stuck together as a result of wetness, which greatly affected some parts of the text. Leaves 48-64 bear a number of miscellaneous sayings and a message in the Turkish language. The end of the manuscript: He must learn something of medicine and seek blessings from the effects contained in medicine which Imam Abu Abbas Al-Mustaghafari collected in the book called Medicine of the Prophet, peace be upon him. Anyone who seeks it will find it and it is a famous book.
